An online request is preliminary. Photographs and descriptions may not show hidden or related damage and do not replace an in-person inspection.

Uploaded photographs are kept in private storage and are not attached to estimate-notification emails. Files are quarantined while automated safety checks run and are made available to the repair workflow only after those checks succeed.

Please upload only vehicle-related images that you are authorized to share. Avoid faces, documents, license information, or unrelated personal details whenever possible.

We may use service providers for website and API hosting, database hosting, private file storage, file-security scanning, email delivery, logging, monitoring, backup, and recovery. They process information for the services they provide to PRIME CAR.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transaction. We do not state or imply that submitting a request authorizes disclosure to an insurer unless you separately agree to that communication.

This website does not currently use advertising pixels or behavioral advertising. If non-essential analytics or advertising tools are introduced, this policy and any required consent choices will be updated before those tools are enabled.

We retain estimate information, uploaded photographs, notification records, technical logs, and backups only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, business records, security, dispute handling, and applicable legal obligations.

Retention can vary by record type. When information is no longer needed, it is deleted, de-identified, or allowed to expire from protected backup systems according to the applicable operational schedule.

We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect website submissions, including private file storage, upload quarantine, integrity checks, restricted service access, and controlled background processing. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
